Linux+ Certification Training

CompTIA, the Computing Technology Industry Association, has introduced the Linux+ certification to measure foundation-level linux operating system proficiency as a reliable indicator of employee success for both professionals and employers. Linux + is a new certification developed in response to the demands for skills assessment mechanism for Linux system administrators. The Linux+ certification measures vendor-neutral Linux knowledge and skills for an individual with at least 6 months practical experience. The target market for Linux+ certification is any individual interested in demonstrating fundamental Linux knowledge and skills. CompTIA developed the Linux+ certification, which serves as a stepping-stone towards higher-level Linux certification tracks, and it has the support of industry giants like Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Intel. Linux continues to make huge inroads into mainstream IT infrastructures, proving itself to be an economical and practical server solution for every day tasks.
